A lot of people despise this film. Oh its just so depressing, oh its just so sick and twisted....blah blah blah. This film is a horrifying depiction of addiction. It shows how far people addicted to serious drugs will go to get their fix, and believe me, some will do things they never even imagined they could see themselves doing. I consider this film a "real" horror movie for teenagers, they should show this thing in high school auditoriums across the nation....I'm sure a lot of people will disagree with me but man, the first time I sat down and viewed this film, there wasn't much to say afterwards. Watch out for violent refrigerators, and double sided black.......I'll leave it at that....make sure whatever you ate and hour ago has digested and take in Requiem for a Dream...
