So New Line Cinema is now changing out evil fantastical characters chasing rings to rule them all for golden compasses to lead us all. There are three of these books to adapt, so that makes three holiday seasons for New Line to make a killing on these films. Nothing wrong with that, hell I've been looking forward to something to fill in the void during the holidays since the LOTR trilogy. Sam Elliott, fighting polar bears, and some breath taking graphics make this film appear to be the must see film of the holiday season.
