I honestly can't believe this is happening but apparently it is, they are acting like a new Ghostbusters film is going to roll before cameras this winter. Now with all the remakes, and prequels, and complete reboots of old franchises going on it doesn't surprise me that they are trying to fire up the the 25 year old franchise. But, lets hope that like a lot of these visits back to places from our childhood, they don't serve us up with a big block of cheese. The last time they made a Ghostbusters movie (and I can say this now, when I was 13 and I was so excited to see more GB I thought it was cool) honestly it wasn't that good, but then again how do you top the coolness of the first film? The video game hits June 16, as does the Blu-ray of the original film so be watching for that.
