Third eye squeegee on all things old and new

Aldous Huxley's 1962 Berkeley speech

Most people think Aldous Huxley wrote science fiction. I used to think so too. But further exploration convinced me that he spoke of a truth which is, by far, stranger than fiction. Even more so, he speaks here of a bizarre future which we now live in. It is interesting to note that his grandfather was T.H. Huxley, the famed zoologist. His brother, Sir Julian Huxley, a biologist, was the first Director of UNESCO (United Nations Education, Science, and Cultural Organization). Knowledge of suppressed technology? Remember, this was 1962!
