I catch a lot of hell out here in the west Texas desert for being a fan of the Harry Potter series, but then again I catch a lot of hell period for my geeky ways. I've always been drawn to the eternal battle between light and darkness, good and evil, good guys and bad guys, cops and robbers, etc. The whole conflict thing has fascinated me since I was a kid watching Star Wars over and over again since we recorded it off the television. The Harry Potter books blew my socks off, and the films have been top notch, (well I lie there have been a few things from the books that it really hacked me off that they deleted from the film, but such is the adaptation from page to film)the battle between the ultra-evil Voldemort and our hero Harry has been slowly but surely heading into way darker territory than when the films started back in '01.

Now of course I've cheated, I've read all the books and I know how its all going to wrap up, but man some of the scenes from the next two books should be amazing. By looking at this trailer it appears they are doing a really good job, and you can tell this isn't Harry Potter for the five year old set. We were supposed to get this film this month, but they pushed the damn thing back to summer so we gotta wait five more months to see this thing. And then we gotta get through 2 MOVIES to finish it all up since they decided that Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows is going to be broke up into 2 films. Dan Radcliffe (Harry) is going to be like 30 playing 18 by the time they get done with these things.
